Back in July-September when I was in Peru, I started posting my daily
lunch. Those posts generated lots of responses -- not surprising,
since so Soy Andina fans are passionate about Peruvian fans.
I stopped when I returned to New York. But I miss these posts. It's
time to resume. Since I'm not there, we'll be posting the lunch of my
ace marketing colleague Carmen Concha. I know this wasn't in the job
description Carmen, but hey - things change.
